High School Swimming Gala

The high school ended last week off with splash in their first inter house event of the year. It was an enjoyable break from the hard work of the last few weeks and quite refreshing after the hot weather we’ve been having.

Our three houses, Draco, Orion and Titan all swam incredibly well and were full of spirit, but in the end Orion were victorious! They can be very proud of winning both the gala and the spirit cup. This seems like the beginning of a good year for the newly appointed house captains, David and Celest.

All in all, it was a pleasant afternoon where both students and staff could enjoy themselves, grab some snacks from the Year 12 tuckshop, and head on home.

Once again, well done to Orion!
