Inter-house Drama and Music
Inter-house Cultural Day was one to remember!
We started the day off strong with the general knowledge quiz in which contestants participated in being asked a set of different questions. It was an engaging experience for all with audience members also being asked certain questions. At the end of the day; however, there had to be a winner with Draco coming out victorious in the end.
Next in the order of events was the thought provoking public speaking. The audience heard speeches about topics ranging from whether it is a good idea to have dessert before dinner to how artificial intelligence influences and impacts our lives in different areas.
The winner for the public speaking juniors was Orion, for impromptu public speaking, Orion, and for public speaking seniors, Draco.
Next on the agenda was the Inter-house drama in which students had to prepare a box theatre piece. All three houses produced incredibly intricate work with great attention to detail and all the pieces flowed really beautifully into one another.
Draco performed first with Orion thereafter and Titan was last. Well done to Titan for they’re well deserved win!
Following that was Inter-house music. Performances consisted of soloists and group bands, which were all incredible to see.
Overall the last day of school was incredibly fun filled with memories to last us for a lifetime.
