Steel Band Performance

On Monday the 4th of December we were treated to a wonderful performance by the Steel Band Project lead by David Wickham.

The Steel Band Project is a project that aims to provide quality music education to young people. It has been around since 1997 and currently has 16 steel bands each with an average of 15 members. It was a wonderful experience to listen to the band play (led by students at Heideveld Primary) and hopefully it sparked enough interest to get everyone excited about a possible ISCT steel band.
