Basketball Interhouse: 2019

Exactly a week ago from today, Draco, Orion, and Titan went down to the UCT sports center to battle it out in the basketball inter-house of 2019.

The tournament commenced at 11:00 am. Although the weather was grim,  the houses possessed a positive attitude towards the day. Houses gathered together on the stands singing war cries and cheers, while team captains organized their teams and made sure everything ran smoothly.

Each match was played intensely and competitively. With two matches being played at the same time, members of each house ran up and down the two courts cheering passionately for their teams.

Each team fought hard to win their matches, bouncing and dribbling the ball across the court.

But in the end, Draco took home both the spirt cup and the title as the winners of the 2019 inter-house basketball tournament.
