Year 11 Leavers’ Dinner

After a busy second-to-last day of ‘’proper’ school on the 22nd of April, the Year 11 group and teachers had the opportunity to get together for one final outing together before the start of our numerous weeks of exams ahead.

The collective indecisive nature of our grade (and many failed voting attempts) meant that the teachers had to take matters into their own hands, and we ultimately ended up going to Al’s Place in Rondebosch.

We had already pre-selected our meals to make everything easier, and we even had the entire restaurant to ourselves. Both the food and atmosphere were great, and there was lots of laughter as well as a few needed last words of encouragement from our teachers.

The whole experience was amazing, and it was a great way to celebrate with all of our friends one last time before the exam period. Good luck to all those who are writing, and thank you to all the teachers for all of the effort they have put into preparing us for these upcoming weeks!
