Music Concert

On the 20th of September, the school was invited to watch a streamed concert involving many of our talented musicians. Filmed in the dungeon, the lighting and sound quality were spectacular – credit to the AV team. We witnessed an array of instruments and pieces: piano, trumpet, flute, violin and drums all played admirably, and to finish off was the staff band.

This concert signified not only the introduction of our two new MCs, Nowethu and Danielle, but a farewell to the grade 12s – this being their last concert. 

Arin and Julia have taken their portfolio far over the last year, inspiring growth and enthusiasm for music and drama through their commitment and passion. It was great to see them perform a final time and to see our new heads of the cultural portfolio settling into their role. 

A big thank you to them for all they have done, and welcome to the new cultural portfolio heads!
