Mr. Swanepoel

Many things in life come and go, and sadly we lost Mr. Swanepoel, one of our IT technicians, due to Covid-19. This post is just a few words from a few students.

Mr Swanepoel was a big help to AV and a great mentor to us. He took the time and effort to assist us wherever and whenever he could. He was a great teacher to work alongside and will be missed by the crew as well as many others. We wish his family all the best.        -Jess

Mr. Swanepoel was an amazing person. He had a great sense of humour and was always there to help whenever anyone needed it. The media crew has learnt a lot from him and wouldn’t have been able to do many of the things we have accomplished if he wasn’t there to tell us how to do it properly. It was great working alongside him and just being around him as a person he will be missed by everyone. Our condolences to his friends, family and loved ones.        -Lee

Mr Swanepoel was a very kind and helpful person who would often go out of his way to help the crew in any way that he could. He has put a lot of effort into helping improve the AV department and we are all extremely thankful for everything that he has done. Everyone in the crew will miss him greatly. Mr Swanepoel was one of the most kind hearted people in our ISCT community. Always there to help with anything and everything to do with tech. He was the backbone of our AV department and he will be forever missed by all of us in the crew. Sending our thoughts to his family and loved ones.        -Josh
